本设备广泛用于水产品、各类家禽、牲畜内脏调味后的食品脱水干燥，如风干鸡、鸭、鹅、鲐鱼、沙丁鱼、虾类、贝类、鱿鱼等产品的冷风干燥。

工作原理

在一个密闭的空间内设置有蒸发器和冷凝器以及循环风机。室内的空气经过蒸发器被降温脱水再经过冷凝器升温变成干燥的气体,然后由循环风机循环,干燥的空气再与货物进行热湿交换变成温度较大的空气,然后经过蒸发器低温脱水和冷凝器的升温干燥。从而进行往复不断的循环,达到干燥货物的目的。
